Meraki can assist you to access social and recreational activities within your community, with a support worker of your choice. Together, you will set and achieve goals, whilst participating in activities that you enjoy.
Meraki's Innovative Community Participation program is designed to promote purposeful relationships, in which mentors assist you to access mainstream activities that directly relate to your NDIS Plan goals.
Our ICP support allows you to expand opportunities for community participation and employment.
Helping you become more independent with daily skills, including: public transport awareness, financial skills & budgeting, pursuing studies and/or work, drivers license achievements, cooking, and other tasks.
