Programs Run by Meraki Foundation

Meraki Foundation believes that working in partnership with schools, and other community organisations can assist in providing a more wholistic sense of support for people in need.

The programs offered by Meraki Foundation are detailed below.

A fee-for-service closed group program that aims to increase students’ competency with interpersonal skills, and helps to develop a stronger sense of confidence and motivation.

An innovative crime prevention strategy that aims to provide guided access to existing sports and recreational clubs that young people whom are involved with the Criminal Justice System can engage.

The Help Our People Excel (H.O.P.E.) Program is a family targeted program, using a collaborative problem solving approach to address domestic and family violence, where the young person is the perpetrator.

A diversionary program that aims to reduce and/or prevent offending behaviour from young people in high risk situations, who are coming into contact with the Criminal Justice System for the first time/for a non-indictable offence.
